First canning accident

Well, it had to happen sometime…..

When canning the spiced peach jam, I must not have left enough headspace, or didn’t get all the air bubbles out, because when I took them out of the water bath, the sauce started bubbling out of the jar. The little jar is fine; just the pints overflowed. I’ll make some pie or quick bread or something like that with it.
