Breakfasts: toast or oatmeal or leftovers

Lunches: leftovers or brown rice with tofu and veggies or sandwiches (in that order).  

Friday evening through Sunday evening I’ll be at Boskone, a convention in Boston, and thus will be eating consuite food or at restaurants or pb&j that I bring with me 

 

Sunday

start sourdough bread, make a pot of rice, buy tofu

Lunch: black bean burgers

Dinner: white bean soup with lots of greens and carrots

 

Monday

bake sourdough bread

Dinner: homemade spaghetti with mushroom sauce

 

Tuesday

Dinner: sandwiches

 

Wednesday

Dinner: sandwiches

 

Thursday:

make bread if out of bread

Dinner: baked carnival squash stuffed with something

 

Friday:

BOSKONE (bring bread and PB&J for breakfasts)

 

Saturday:

BOSKONE
