Breakfasts: toast or oatmeal

Sunday

Make pot of brown rice, soak black beans, buy tofu and fish

Lunch: root veggie hash

Dinner: roast carrots, pan-fried fish

Monday

Lunch: leftovers or brown rice with tofu and veggies

Dinner: Black bean soup

Tuesday

Lunch: leftover soup

Dinner: sandwiches

Wednesday

Lunch: brown rice with tofu and veggies

Dinner: sandwiches

Thursday:

Make bread if there isn’t any left for Friday

Lunch: brown rice with tofu and veggies

Dinner: homemade noodles with shrimp

Friday:

Lunch: leftovers or brown rice with tofu and veggies

Dinner: corn fritters or braised tofu, greens or carrots, bread

Saturday:

Lunch: leftovers or toast or oatmeal

Dinner: something involving potatoes or parsnips
