Suburban Entwife

I now have approximately three pints each of strawberry jam, strawberry-honey jam, and strawberry-mulberry jelly.  I got a great discount on very ripe strawberries at the farmer’s market yesterday, and this afternoon I discovered a mulberry tree on campus.  The strawberry-honey jam is quite strongly honey-flavored, but I think it turned out well.  Once I’ve rehydrated from working at a hot stove, I’ll clean the jam off the kitchen.  I think I may have permanently dyed the cutting board pink.
