There is now a 10-gallon bucket sitting in my bathtub filled with hot soapy water and wool. It will sit there for a while, then I’ll drain it and fill with more hot soapy water, then let it sit, and then I will rinse it. I think I may have tried to put too much fleece in one bucket, but if it doesn’t end up clean enough, I will wash it again in two smaller batches. Given how much rain we’ve been getting, we’re not exactly at a loss for water.
In other news, one of the potatoes bloomed today!
