I now have some very energetic broccoli raab sprouts, several perpetual spinach sprouts (which in some cases seem to be growing two plants from one seed), two chard sprouts (one of which is bright pink!), a forget-me-not sprout, and some sorrel sprouts. Yaaaaaay! I got the opportunity yesterday evening to fascinate two small children with the sprouting plants, one of whom helped me water them. I also promised that I would bring my drop spindle to teach them how to spin at an event we’ll both be at tomorrow :-)
